What is ibiskit?

ibiskit is our new software product, which is developed with the support of Microsoft®. The aim of the tool is management and administration of orders in small businesses.

Our aim is to develop a full-featured substitute for huge and effective software which is rather extensive and costly for small businesses.

Who is ibiskit for?

For all small businesses looking for easy and inexpensive tool allowing managing and administering circulation of orders. We hope that our tool will make your work more effective and will diminish losses caused by faulty or underestimated calculations, not keeping deadlines due to neglecting or wrong organisation of work and similar.

Price policy of ibiskit?

The basic licence for server operation with five clients shall cost till 10,000 CZK. The extension for other clients shall cost till 1,000 CZK per client. We are going to create a lite version to be used only on a local computer with the price to 3,000 CZK.

Technology of ibiskit?

The core of the software is being developed on Microsoft® .NET Framework 2.0 platform. That implies the support of all versions of operational and server systems Microsoft® Windows®. The primary support is built on Microsoft ® Windows Vista™ operational system.

The user’s interface is built on Microsoft® Windows Presentation Foundation™ technology, which offers a clear design solution and also allows easy access to high user’s comfort. As the core of the system is UI independent, we are going to prepare the interface for Microsoft® Internet Explorer® (by means of Microsoft® Silverlight™ technology) and Microsoft® Windows Mobile™.

The tool shall fully support Microsoft® Office 2007 and partially the older versions of this product and will allow exporting of your own calculations, orders and also invoices in Microsoft® Office Word® or Microsoft® Office Excel® documents or automatic sending via Microsoft® Office Outlook®. It also allows easy creating of a form which is automatically sent to the client who fills in the requested parts, sends it back and ibiskit looks after implementation of such received data.

All data and possible documents will be saved in Microsoft® SQL Server™ databases. In the event of the server solution, the data shall be stored in XML format.

Although ibiskit will be able to help in creating orders and invoices, it is not our aim to extend its features into economic software. That is why we are planning an interface for communication with the products of third parties.

When will ibiskit available?

We are intensively working on the core and interface of the system. We are consulting individual options and features of our software with the potential clients. This year, in September, the first full public version will be available and during four subsequent months wide testing shall be performed. So, the full-featured version will be available by the end of this year.
